  2. Every child is born with different inborn qualities and capabilities. So,Diversity is important to cultivate in your classroom because of the academic and social benefits. That's a great thing to know, but what do Diversity in the class look like in action?
    There are lot of different ways. Children learn in a variety of ways, through experience,making by doing, reading, discussing,asking both individually and with others ,using different strategies to promote learning as well as on going evaluation of teaching _learning in classroom by utilizing a variety of approaches.

  4. Students come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. It's the role of a teacher to teach students how to use their own strengths and points of view to contribute in a diverse working environment.

  23. Every child has their own learning ability. Since the classroom now-a-days includes heterogeneous students, the teacher should also equip himself or herself to design the teaching methodology as per the requirement of his/her class. The alternations made in the methodology of teaching should be need-based, that caters every student of the class. Of course it might seem to be a strenuous process, however it could bridge the gap between the students with different ability and the teacher. Results would be remarkable and would make a happy inclusive classroom.

  24. The fable on animal school teaches us to understand the vast diversity the students come from. We cannot underestimate one child and encourage the other. All children are exceptional in their own ways . We as teachers should encourage and teach the students according to their understanding.

    we as teachers should make an effort to identify what makes each student unique, by which i mean identify their interest and aptitude.
    we should try to teach them in a way which caters to their individual difference in a constructive way. We should encourage the study of fields in which their natural talent lies.
