In Primary & middle school years, the students need to be counselled about having safe & positive friends & a positive social circle. In secondary & senior secondary classes ,the students need to have regular discussions & interactions on good & bad behavior. Safe & unsafe social & online interactions etc. parents need to be made aware about monitoring their wards without being obtrusive. Wellness educators in schools need to focus upon student interaction & trying to reach out to each one as & when they need them. Audio & video awareness modules need to be shared with students as per age groups making them aware of the impending dangers. All teachers need to be sensitised & groomed to observe their wards closely & report to authorities in case of any glaring observations.

sex education for ever level is important. good touch and bad touch must be made clear to students right from the pre primary years. by giving examples of child abuse there is a chance of scaring the children. That should not be the intention. Age appropriate information must be provided. Teachers and parents must be vigilant and a slightest change of behavior towards a situation or person must be noted.
