History, Political Science , Legal studies, Geography, Economics, Languages, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Sociology and all other subjects are deeply integrated with Environment. For Example we study about environmental concerns in the world through international politics as governments and NGOs and other regional and supranational organisations have to work, plan and make agreements, protocols and treaties regarding the same
Yes, I agree with the statement that environment is integrated discipline. As a subject environment science includes the study of nature, the plant life and animal life, about the human body, the political and geographical aspects of Earth and about the universal bodies.
When we learn a topic like" water" , its physical, chemical form also include. The availability of the resources will link the topic with geography and history. That's how each topic is integrated with other subjects.
Environmental Studies is an Integrated Discipline as it is not only the study of surroundings but also the personal and social well being of a person. Thus leading to the community health which requires all the disciplines to be integrated.
